​At Tuition Wallah, we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services to our students and ensure fair compensation for our tutors. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both students/parents and tutors while maintaining transparency. Please read the following terms carefully before making any payments.
1. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Students/Parents
1.1 Eligibility for Refund
A student/parent may be eligible for a refund of the tuition fee paid on our platform only if the following conditions are met:

The tuition fee was paid directly to our company account (A/C) through authorized payment methods.

The loss incurred was due to a mistake or mismanagement on our part.

The tutor assigned by us has been found responsible for a major mistake or has failed to deliver the promised tutoring services. In such cases, the refund will be issued only if we have received the tuition fee in our company A/C.
1.2 Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will not be entertained in the following cases:

If the student/parent has directly paid the tutor outside our platform.

If the student is unsatisfied due to personal reasons unrelated to the tutor’s performance or service quality.

If the student/parent has violated any terms of service.
1.3 Refund Process & Timeline

A refund request must be submitted in writing to our support team via email at tuitionwallahh@gmail.com.

The request will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and an update will be shared with the student/parent.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
2. Refund and Payment Policy for Tutors
2.1 Payment Reimbursement to Tutors
A tutor will be eligible for payment reimbursement only if:

The tutor has provided tutoring services as per the agreed schedule and has valid proof of classes conducted.

A conflict arises where the parent has not paid the fee, but the tutor has completed the classes as per commitment. In such cases, our team will verify the claim before processing the reimbursement.
2.2 Non-Eligibility for Payment Reimbursement
A tutor will not be eligible for reimbursement under the following circumstances:

If the tutor has not conducted classes and is requesting payment.

If the tutor directly collects an advance payment from the student/parent without informing our platform.

If the tutor has violated any service agreement or guidelines set by Tuition Wallah.
2.3 Payment Process for Tutors

Payments will be made to tutors only after verification of class completion.

Any conflicts related to payments will be resolved within 7-10 business days after a formal complaint is filed.
3. Important Notes

Registration Charges Are Non-Refundable: Any registration fee paid to our platform is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Processing Fees & Deductions: In case of approved refunds, any transaction processing fees charged by Razorpay or other payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.

Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises regarding refunds or payments, our decision will be final after conducting a fair investigation.

Policy Updates: Tuition Wallah reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
